Zirconia Layered & Monolythic Zirconia

DDN Zirconia is a synergy of world-leading technology combined with our aesthetic philosophy, both layered and monolithic.

Our restorations are all produced using our own TGA-approved Zirconia blocks in conjunction with the latest CAD/CAM technology, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy. And each case is customised with individual occlusal designs to guarantee a natural-looking finish and excellent depth of colour.

What is Zirconia?

Digital Dental Network has set the gold standard within the industry by processing TGA-approved Zirconia blocks.

Our Zirconia has been designed to complement our complete digital workflow, eliminating any variability that analogue steps can introduce.

Zirconia is formed under pressure from nano purity zirconium oxide powder, which is stabilised with yttria, plus additional unique additives for bonding and translucency. A highly biocompatible material, the Zirconia blocks are processed by cold isostatic pressing and precise sintering controls. They are guaranteed to have homogenous yet very high density and controlled shrinkage distribution with extremely constant material characteristics.

As with all of our restorations we back up our Zirconia products with a lifetime warranty.

Gold

Our complete digital workflow has allowed us to take traditional gold crowns into the modern age.

An incredibly long-lasting option, gold crowns have the added benefit of causing less wear on opposing teeth than ceramic or zirconia crowns.

Digital Dental Network has taken traditional gold crowns into the modern age by digitising the workflow and milling all our specially designed gold ingots in-line with the rest of our workflow, allowing for highly accurate and consistent restorations.

As with all of our restorations we back up our gold products with a lifetime warranty.
